摘 要:研究了硫氰酸钾-乙醇-硫酸铵-水体系中析相萃取分离和富集锡的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,硫酸铵能使乙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Sn4+和硫氰酸钾生成的[Sn(SCN)5~6][(5~6)-4]-与质子化乙醇C2H5OH2+形成的缔合物[Sn(SCN)5~6][C2H5OH2]1-2能被乙醇相完全萃取。当乙醇、硫氰酸钾和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(V/V)、4.0×10-2 mol/L和0.30g/mL时,Sn4+的萃取率达到98.8%以上,Pb2+、Mg2+、Mn2+、Ni 2+、Zn2+、Fe2+、Cd2+、Cr3+和Al 3+不被萃取,实现了Sn4+与上述金属离子的分离,该法在微量锡的分离和富集分析中有一定的实用价值。The behavior and conditions of enrichment and extraction separation of stannum from other met- al ions in KSCN- ethanol -(NH4)zSO4- H20 system with phase separation were studied. The results showed that the ethanol aqueous solution could be well divided into two phases in the presence of (NH4)zSO4. The ternary complex /-Sn (SCN)5-6 CzH5OHz-]l_z formed with C2HOHz+ and ESn (SCN)5-8-]E(5-6-43- (combined from Sn4+ and KSCN)could be completely extracted during this process. Sn4+ could be quantiatively separated from Pbz+ , Mg2+ , Mnz+ , Ni2+ , Znz+ , Fez+ , Cd2+ , Cr3+ and A13+ by extraction, and the extraction percentage of Sn4+ was over 98.8 when the concentrations of ethanol, KSCN and (NH4)zSO4 in solution were 30(V/V), 4.0 102mol/L and 0.30 g/mL, respectively. This method is practical for the separation and enrichment in the analysis of trace stannum.
