摘 要:针对以丙烯酰胺为主要原料制备的油田堵水颗粒浸水膨胀速度快、强度低,泵送过程中容易受到剪切破坏,堵水效果差的缺点,采用丙烯酸乳液、甲醛等对丙烯酰胺聚合体系进行改性,制备缓慢膨胀高强度油田堵水颗粒,考察了丙烯酸乳液、甲醛等因素对吸水性能的影响,测试了产品性能。结果表明:丙烯酸乳液9%;甲醛8%;反应温度65℃;反应时间4h;制备的油田堵水颗粒浸入自来水中,3d缓慢膨胀,吸水倍率10g/g,20d吸水膨胀倍率210g/g。The normal polyacrylamide oilfield water plugging particle has some disadvantages of fast infla tion, low intensity soaked in water, and low endurance for pump. The polyacrylamide water plugging par ticle was modified with methanal, acrylic acid and other stuff. In order to increase the performance of wa ter plugging, the effects of methanal and acrylic acid on water absorption rate were researched and the per formance of the modified oilfield water plugging particle .was tested. The experimental results show that the optimal experimental proportion is methanal 8, acrylic acid 9%, reaction temperature 65"C, and re action time 4h;and the water absorption rate of modified oilfield water plugging particle was 10 g/g for 3 days, and 210 g/g for 10 days.
