摘 要:铣削力是引起零件特别是薄壁件加工变形的主要原因,因此研究铣削力的预测方法对制订加工工艺,减小加工变形,提高加工质量具有十分重要的意义。利用DEFORM-3D的铣削模块,实现对7075航空铝合金材料的铣削过程仿真,并将仿真得到的铣削力与试验数据相比较,结果表明,仿真预测值同实测值之间的误差在20%以内,有较好的符合程度,基本能满足铣削力的预测要求。在Vc=(20~100)m/min范围内,切深增加1倍时,切削力最小增加0.8倍;进给量增加1倍时,切削力最大增加0.75倍。The deflection of part and especially the thin-walled part is mainly induced by cutting force.The research of the method of predicting cutting forces has the very important meaning for determining manufacturing process,reducing machining deformation and improving the machining quality.Now it will make use of the DEFORM-3D milling module to simulate the process of the three-dimensional milling in the way of rotating feed.A comparison is made between simulated results with measured results to find that the error is within 20%,namely,the simulated results agree well with the measured data,basically satisfying the requirements for predicting cutting forces.With cutting velocity range from Vc=(20~100)m/min,the cutting force will increase in 0.8 fold at least when depth of cut increase in 1 fold;the cutting force will increase in 0.75 fold at most when the feed rate increases in 1 fold.
