摘 要:对某内压作用下薄壁容器的碟形封头与筒体连接结构进行了非线性有限元分析,采用了Newton-Raphson算法,得出了最危险点的载荷-位移曲线,进而通过两倍弹性斜率法得到了该结构的极限载荷值。采用正交设计法,研究了封头的壁厚、筒体的壁厚及封头的转角半径对连接结构极限载荷的影响。研究结果表明结构的最大应力位于碟形封头过渡区,对极限载荷的影响由大到小依次为封头壁厚、筒体壁厚以及封头的转角半径,为今后进一步的优化设计提供了依据。The connection structure between the dished head and the shell under internal pressure was analyzed using nonlinear finite element method,and then using the algorithm of Newton-Raphson and getting the most dangerous point load-displacement curve,and the limit load of the structure was studied on the basis of the twice elastic slope method.In addition,based on the orthogonal design method,the influences of the head thickness,the shell thickness and the head corner radius on the limit load of the connection structure were investigated.The results show that the maximum stress occurs in the knuckle region of the dished head.The results also indicate that the head thickness have the greatest influence on the limit load,and the shell thickness and the knuckle region radius have the secondary effects,providing basis for optimization design in the further.
