摘　　要：在介绍应用于煤化工行业12000标准立方米/小时(Nm3/h)空分装置生产工艺流程的基础上,简要分析空分装置,特别是其中的空压机、氧压机和氮压机的具体控制要求,提出基于西门子PLC和组态软件的空分透平压缩机组控制系统的总体方案,详细给出了基于InTouch组态软件的监控系统人机交互界面的设计过程。调试结果表明,控制系统能够满足透平压缩机的生产要求。最后对所做工作进行了总结概括并指出下一步的改进方向。It introduced a 12000Nm3/h air separation production process used in coal chemical industry.On this basis,the specific control requirements of the air separation unit,especially the air compressor,the oxygen compressor,and the nitrogen compressor were analyzed briefly.The overall scheme of the control system based on SIMATIC PLC and configuration software for air separation turbine compressor was proposed.The design process of the monitoring system human machine interface based on InTouch configuration software was given in detail.The debugging results showed that the control system can meet the production requirements of the turbine compressor.In the end,it summarizes the work and points out that the improvement direction of the next step.
