摘 要:由于用户对产品需求的转变,将可拓能量元作为驱动整个机电产品节能设计过程的有效工具,利用可拓学并结合产品节能设计给出了可拓能量元的定义,将产品物元特征划分为功能特征元和性能特征元两类。针对全生命周期各阶段产品物元模型分别进行形式化表述,构建了以能量元为基础的产品物元模型。提出了基于共轭视图的能量元三维识别模型。以蝶阀产品方案设计为例,说明该方法在实际机电产品设计中的应用,证明了该方法的正确性、有效性与实用性。As the product needs of users were changing,it utilized the extended energy unit as an effective tool to drive the process of energy-saving design for the mechanical and electrical products.The definition of the extended energy unit was proposed with the extenics for reference combined with product energy-saving design.The matter-element character of a product was classified as functional characteristic element and performance characteristic one.The product matter-element models at each phase for the whole life cycle were formalized respectively.And a matter-element model was put forward on the base of energy unit.A three-dimensional model for the identification of energy unit was set up based on the conjugate view.A case study of butterfly gate was used to show the validity of this method advanced above.
