摘  要:综述了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)–异氰酸酯体系固化过程中常见的几种主要因素,如固化剂、催化剂、扩链剂等对固化反应的影响。认为聚丁二烯结构单元的疏水性和较低的玻璃化温度,使HTPB基聚氨酯与通常的聚醚或聚酯系聚氨酯相比,产品在低温下呈现更好的耐水解性和更高的弹性。The influence of several common main factors during curing process of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB)-isocyanate systems such as curing agent, catalyst, chain extender, etc. on curing reaction is reviewed. It is considered that due to the hydrophobicity and low glass transition temperature of polybutadiene structure unit, the HTPB-based polyurethane shows better hydrolysis resistance and higher elasticity at low temperature compared to the common polyether- or polyester-based polyurethanes.
