摘 要:研究了用于陕北地区处理兰炭炼焦的含油污水的隔油池的设计与计算方法。将传统平流式隔油池与陕北兰炭炼焦工业的含油污水的隔油池进行对比,通过分析兰炭炼焦的含油废水的成分及分离过程中有别于一般污水的特点,从流体流动模型出发,修正了平流式隔油池设计与计算方法的假设条件,得到了新的隔油池的设计与计算方法。结果表明:新的方法能较好地应用于陕北兰炭炼焦含油污水处理隔油池的设计与计算。通过从分析兰炭炼焦的含油废水的特点出发,修正平流式隔油池的设计与计算方法,使新的隔油池设计和计算方法能满足用于陕北兰炭炼焦含油污水处理的隔油池的设计与计算的要求。The designing and calculation method of the Lan carbon coke coking sewage treatment and grease trap in northern Shaanxi were studied. Compared with the advection grease trap and grease trap of coke coking industry oil sewage in northern Shaanxi, through analyzing the composition of coke coking industry oil sewage and the characteristics of oil sewage separation process, they were distinguished from other general sewage. From the perspective of flow model, fixing the assumptions on designing and calculation method of advection grease trap, the new designing and calculation method was gained. The new method was better when applied on the designing and calculation of grease trap of Lan carbon coke coking industry oil sewage in northern Shaanxi. Through analyzing the characteristics of Lan carbon coke coking oil sewage and fixing the designing and calculation method of the advection grease trap, making the new method meet the require- ments of designing and calculation method of Lan carbon coke coking oil sewage grease trap in northern Shaanxi.
