摘　　要：葛根素是我国的一味传统中药,葛根素注射剂广泛用于临床心血管疾病的治疗,但是应用过程中出现了急性血管内溶血这一严重不良反应。本文对葛根素注射剂致溶血的临床表现、原因和机制等进行了概述。Puerarin was a traditional Chinese medicine, which was widely used in clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, acute intravascular hemolysis occurred in the application process of puerarin injection. The clinical manifestation of hemolysis induced by puerarin injectin, the reason and mechanism, etc. were summarized.
