摘　　要：鉴于葛洲坝水电站的水轮发电机组已投产服役了30多年,机组的年平均运行小时数高达6 500 h,机组及其部件出现的老化现象严重,影响机组安全运行,通过分析、比较、研究,在进行设备改造检修的同时,将125 MW机组增容至146 MW,既实现了设备的更新换代,又适应了三峡工程建成后的联合运行。The units of Gezhouba Hydropower Station have been put into operation for 30 years.The annual average runtime of the units is up to 6500 hours and the units and their parts are aging seriously,which influenced the safe operation of the units.The alteration capacity of the units is increased from 125 MW to 146 MW by means of analysis,comparison,study,while equipment overhaul is carried out,which not only realizes equipment upgrading but also adapts to the joint operation of the Three Gorges project.
