摘 要:比较投喂水平分别为1.8%、1.9%、2.0%、2.1%、2.2%时,对5龄大鲵(Andriasdavidianusus)生长和摄食的影响,以确定5龄大鲵的适宜投喂率。结果表明:不同投喂率对大鲵生长的影响显著(P〈0.05)。大鲵的体长增长率、净增重、增重率、特定生长率都是随投喂率的增加而升高,投喂率为2.2%时各项生长指标显著高于低投喂率1.8%组(P〈0.05)。饵料系数的差异虽不显著,但投喂率为2.2%时饵料系数较其他组最低。综合最大增长率和最小饵料系数两个指标,在本实验设计水平,5龄大鲵的适宜投喂率为2.2%。A growth experiment was conducted to determine the optimum feeding rate and the effects of different feeding rates on growth performance of 5 year old giant salamander in industrial aquaculture. Five daily feeding rates were designed at 1.8% , 1.9%, 2. 0%, 2. 1% , 2. 2% of the total body weight. The results showed that: Growth of 5 year old indus- trial aquaculture was significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) affected by feeding rate. The length gain rate, net weight, weight gain rate and special growth rate increased with the feeding rate. The growth indexes were the highest when feeding rate was 2. 2% , and they were significantly higher than those of the group 1.8% (P 〈 0. 05 ) , but the feed conversion ratio was the lowest when feeding rate was 2. 2%. Based on the maximum weight gain rate and minimum feed conversion ratio, the suitable feeding rate of 5 years old industrial aquaculture should be 2. 2% of body weight.
