摘　　要：陕西省汉中市是大鲵（Andriasdavidianus）的自然分布区之一。本文结合汉中市大鲵资源保护与利用工作实践，阐述了大鲵资源保护与利用所采取的措施及存在的问题，并对今后工作提出了具体的建议。Hanzhong city, Shaanxi province, is one of the main distributing areas of Chinese giant salamander, Andrias davidianus. The protection and utilization of A. davidianus had obtained certain achievements after years of development, while it also had many problems. In this paper, the author put forward to some concrete suggestions and measures for A. davidianus protection and utilization combined with the practice of their experiences in recent years.
