急性阑尾炎手术切口感染因素分析与处理

摘　　要：目的探讨与分析急性阑尾炎手术切口感染因素,并予以有效的预防措施。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月来我院予以手术治疗的392例急性阑尾炎病患为对象,根据切口是否感染将其分为两组,比较两组的临床资料。结果 392例急性阑尾炎手术患者中切口感染16例(4.08%)。未发生切口感染,376例(95.92%)。影响切口感染因素有年龄、肥胖、手术时间、切口类型、留置引流、切除方法及病理类型。结论急性阑尾炎手术切口感染是因多种因素综合而致,为了降低切口感染率,需做好有效预防。To investigate and analyze the risk factors of acute appendicitis incision infection,and explore effective preventive measures.【Methods】392 cases of acute appendicitis patients from January 2010～January 2012 need surgical treatment in our hospital as objects,patients were divided into two groups according to whether the wound is infected,then compared the clinical datum.【Results】16 cases（4.08%） were infected in 392 cases of patients with acute appendicitis,the other 376 cases（95.92%） did not occur wound infection.Risk factors including age,obesity,operative time,type of incision,indwelling drainage,removal methods and pathological type.【Conclusions】Acute appendicitis incision infection is caused due to various factors,to reduce wound infection,effective prevention should be done.
