摘 要:提出了一种新型平面超声波电动机。电动机采用单定子十字正交纵弯夹心换能器结构,4个驱动足位于相应端部第一个弯曲驻波的波腹处。借助有限元法,分析电机结构参数对纵振和弯振特征频率的影响趋势,调整结构参数将纵弯模态特征频率简并至22 463 Hz。建立驱动足运动轨迹的数学模型,借助有限元瞬态分析,对驱动足振动轨迹进行仿真,实现对所建立振动轨迹数学模型的验证。A new type of planar ultrasonic motor was proposed.Motor using cross longitudinal and bending hybrid Langevin transducer was single stator structure.Four drive foot was located at the first bending standing wave of antinode place of the corresponding end.By means of finite element method,the longitudinal and bending vibration characteristic frequency influence trend by its structure parameters was analysed,and frequencies were degenerated to 22 463 Hz by adjusting the structural parameter.Drive foot trajectory mathematical model was established,and transient analysis was developed to gain the vibration trajectories of nodes on the driving food,which verified the correctness of the founded vibration trajectory equation.
