摘　　要：介绍单层直经输送带的研制。输送带骨架材料采用直经EPP1250型帆布,覆盖胶的主体材料为丁苯橡胶(SBR)/顺丁橡胶并用胶,贴胶的主体材料为天然橡胶/SBR并用胶。覆盖胶和成品输送带的物理性能均满足国家标准要求;与多层骨架材料输送带相比,单层直经输送带的强度大、质量和厚度小,使用寿命延长。The development of single layer straight warp conveyor belt was described. The skeleton material was straight warp EPP1250 fabric, the matrix materials of cover compound were SBR/BR blends,the matrix materials of canvas were NR/SBR blends. The physical properties of cover com- pound and finished conveyor belt met the national standard requirements. Compared to the conveyor belt with multilayer skeleton material, the strength of single layer straight warp conveyor belt was higher,the weight was lower,the thickness was thinner,and the service life was longer.
