摘　　要：随着城市的发展,人地资源矛盾日益突出,对于沿江沿海城市,其水域地下空间开发已经成为必然的趋势。文章探讨了城市水域地下空间开发面临的主要的风险,利用模糊综合评判法对风险等级进行评价,最后提出风险防范的主要对策。Along with the development of the city,there are increasing contradictions between land resources and people.For coastal cities along the river and sea,the development of urban underground space in waters has become an inevitable trend,so this paper discusses the main risks of the development of urban underground space in waters,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk grade,and finally brings forward the main countermeasures of risk prevention.
