粉防己碱治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的研究

摘　　要：目的研究粉防己碱治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(ED)的效果。方法选择月龄、体重以及身体其它的各项指标均相同的45只健康雄性大鼠作为研究对象,随机分为糖尿病组、正常组以及治疗组,对糖尿病组以及治疗组进行建模处理,对正常组进行常规喂养,对三组大鼠的性勃起功能进行比较。结果糖尿病ED大鼠组阴茎海绵体MaxICP/MAP明显低于正常大鼠组(P<0.05);治疗组阴茎海绵体MaxICP/MAP明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论利用粉防己碱来对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍进行治疗时,主要是通过对钙通道进行阻滞,来确保阴茎的勃起功能正常,且疗效相对较好,可以临床推广。Objective To study the effect of tetrandrine in treating diabetic erectile dysfunction（ED） aspects of the mechanism and the effect.Method For selecting months,weight and other indicators are the same 45 healthy male rats as the object of study,they were randomly divided into normal group and diabetic group,treatment group,on the diabetic group and treatment group data,on normal rats in conventional feeding,three group rat erectile function were compared.Results The diabetic ED rat penile corpus cavernosum in MaxICP/MAP group was significantly lower than that in normal rats group（P〈0.05）;the treatment group of penile cavernous MaxICP/MAP is significantly higher in the diabetic group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of tetrandrine on diabetic erectile dysfunction treatment,it is mainly through the calcium channel blockade,to ensure that the penile erectile function in normal,and the treatment effect is relatively good,can be in clinical on the promotion.
