益肾活血化痰胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾活血化痰胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法将162例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为两组各81例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益肾活血化瘀胶囊,疗程均为24周。分别观察两组颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、高敏C反应蛋白(hc-CRP)及血脂,包括血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化、不良反应。结果两组治疗后颈动脉IMT、斑块面积、hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高,治疗后治疗组颈动脉IMT、斑块面积、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C显著低于对照组,治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论益肾活血化痰胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用,且安全性良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishenhuoxuehuatan Capsule in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Method 162 cases of carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group.In addition to routine therapy of the control group,the therapy group was given Yishenhuoxuehuatan Capsule.After 24 weeks,observed the adverse reactions and differences of carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT）,plaque area,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hc-CRP） and serum lipids,serum cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL-C） in the two groups.Result After treatment,carotid IMT,plaque area,hs-CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C of the two groups were significant decreased,HDL-C increased.Carotid IMT,plaque area,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,and no adverse reaction was detected in the course of treatment.Conclusion Yishenhuoxuehuatan Capsule has a better therapeutic effect on carotid atherosclerosis with a fairly good safety.
