中药超声雾化熏洗在痔术后的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中药超声雾化熏洗在痔术后切口愈合中的应用效果。方法将患有混合痔并已行手术治疗的患者200例分为两组。实验组采用中药超声雾化熏洗护理伤口,对照组采用中药坐浴,比较两组患者手术切口疼痛、水肿、出血情况及愈合时间。结果实验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药超声雾化熏洗在护理痔术后切口方面优于常规坐浴,能有效缓解切口疼痛、促进水肿的消退和加快切口愈合,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic fog washing on wound healing after hemorrhoidectomy.Methods 200 cases with mixed hemorrhoids and treated by operation were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group accepted traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic fog washing for wound care,while the control group accepted traditional Chinese medicine for hip bathing.Compared two groups of patients in pain,edema,hemorrhage and healing time of their operation incision.Results The effects of the experimental group is better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing with Chinese traditional medicine ultrasound fog for hemorrhoid incision is superior to conventional care with hip bathing,can effectively relieve pain,promote edema elimination and accelerate wound healing,it is worthy of popularization and application.
