摘  要:【目的】为了比较分析盐碱地6个杂交榛品种的光合参数日变化差异及其与环境因子的关系,【方法】以新疆察布查尔县盐碱地中栽植的杂交榛幼树为材料,对其生长旺盛期光合参数的日变化特征进行了测定,并对净光合速率与诸影响因子的相关性进行了分析。【结果】‘新榛3号’和‘新榛2号’的净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈"双峰"型曲线,其他品种为"单峰"型,一天中最高峰值均出现在12:00;‘新榛3号’的日光合累积值(PD)最大,显著高于其他品种,且该品种的日均水分利用效率(WUELD)(3.74μmol.mmol-1)也显著高于其他品种。出现光合午休的‘新榛2号’和‘新榛3号’,前者以受气孔限制为主,后者则主要受非气孔因素限制。6个品种的Pn与光合有效辐射(PAR)极显著正相关性;‘新榛3号’、‘新榛4号’及‘辽榛3号’3个品种的Pn与大气CO2浓度(Ca)显著正相关;气温(Ta)对Pn的影响表现为负相关;Pn与大气相对湿度(RH)和叶片蒸汽压亏缺(VpdL)有一定的相关性,但不显著。【结论】‘新榛3号’和‘新榛2号’对盐碱土壤表现出较其他品种更强的光合适应性。[Objective]This study was to compare the diurnal dynamics on photosynthetic parameters of six cultivars of hybrid hazel in saline-alkali land and its relation to environmental factors[Method]Taking two years old plants as experimental materials, the diurnal variation of photosynthetic parameters were mea- sured at Chabuchaer county in Xinjiang, and the correlations between net photosynthetic rate and various impact factors were analyzed. [Result]Pn of 'Xinzhen 3' and 'Xinzhen 2' showed "double-peak" curve in a day, other cultivars showed "single-peak" curve, and the highest peak appeared at 12:00 ;The PD (74.66 Ixmol" m-2" d-1) and WUED (3.74 p, mol-mmo1-1) of' Xinzhen 3' were significantly higher than that of other cultivars. Stomatal limitation was the main reason for emergence of midday depression in ' Xinzhe 2' but ' Xinzhen 3' was limited by non-stomatal factors. Pn of the six cultivars had significant positive corre- lation with PAR; the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate in'Xinzhen 3', ' Xinzhen 4' and ' Liaozhen 3' showed significant positive correlation with Ca,but negative correlation with Ta ; the correlation be- tween Pn and RH, VpdL were not significant. [Conclusion]The cuhivar'Xinzhen 3' and 'Xinzhen 2' had better adaptability to saline-alkali land on photosynthesis than other cuhivars.
