摘 要:果实糖、酸含量及其比例是评价桃果实品质的重要指标。主要综述桃果实糖、酸代谢关键酶和糖、酸QTLs的定位和候选基因研究进展。桃果实糖、酸代谢基本途径关键酶有蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖酸性转移酶、山梨醇氧化酶、山梨醇脱氢酶、NADP+-苹果酸酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶、柠檬酸合酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶等;通过遗传连锁图谱构建和连锁分析已定位到多个糖、酸组分QTLs,绝大多数位于第1、3、4、5、6、8连锁群;通过关键酶编码基因与QTLs共座位方法,分离到一系列候选基因。结合桃基因组测序数据,总结调控桃果实糖、酸性状的可能候选基因。针对目前桃糖、酸基因定位研究中存在的问题,展望实现桃果实糖、酸基因定位和单个基因克隆的新方法。Sugar, acid and the ratio of them are crucial factors in evaluating fruit quality in peach. This paper was to summarize the research on key enzymes involving in sugar and acid metabolism and the progress on mapping QTLs and isolating candidate genes for sugar and acid content. In peach, sucrose synthetase, acid invertase, sorbitol oxidase, sorbitol dehydrogenase, NADP ^- malic enzyme, pyruvic carboxylase, citrate synthase, and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase play important role on fundamental process of sugar and acid metabolism. By constructing linkage map and linkage analysis, large number of QTLs for sugar and acid content were mapped mainly on linkage group 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8. According to co-location between QTLs and isolated genes encoding key enzymes, series of isolated genes which en- code the key enzymes were predicted as the candidate genes for QTLs. Furthermore, genomic wide candi- date genes based on the interpretation of genomic sequence data on GDR were also concluded. Finally, concerning about the deficiency of recent approaches, perspective of new method of mapping and cloning genes for sugar and acid were discussed.
