摘  要:针对目前气候区划缺少全球统一标识问题,本文在深入剖析球面剖分模型、气候区划及其编码规则的基础上,根据球面剖分模型编码思路,利用全球气候区划模型的多尺度、连续覆盖等特点,构建了全球气候区划统一编码模型,实现基于球面剖分理论的气候区划一体化编码;同时,建立了各尺度下气候区划编码与剖分面片的映射关系,完成等经纬度球面剖分模型在气象领域的初步应用,为剖分统一标识的深入应用提供参考。At present, it is difficult to organize and exchange climatic data among different countries that use different climatic re- gionalization systems. Since global climatic regionalization models are generally multi-scale and continuous coverage, it' s an effective way to establish a new globally unified climatic regionalization system so as to manage data from different countries. Based on the in- depth analysis of the global subdivision model and existing climatic regionalization coding standards, the paper presented a global cli- matic regionalization identification model, which encoded climatic regionalization cells in different scales with a global unified coding. With the newly proposed model, the global multi-scale climatic regionalization may be represented by multi-resolution subdivision cells of remote sensing images. Then the climatic regionalization model based on the global subdivision model of equal longitude and latitude was applied in the meteorology field, which would provide a reference for the application and extension of the model in other fields.
