摘　　要：沉船之类的沉物数据因为其对航行安全的威胁,是海图图面反映的重要水上要素。本文通过分析国内外现状,探讨建立沉船等沉物的管理机制,及建立沉船沉物数据库的必要性,并对基于WebGIS架构的沉船库的系统流程、数据库设计、功能实现等进行分析设计,以WebGIS的形式将沉船沉物数据在浏览器中发布,保证数据的准确性和惟一性,提供航海用户查询使用。Wreck/Obstruction is one of the most important features in a chart because of its function to navigation safety. The pa- per discussed the design of the wreck/obstruction database based on WebGIS, summarized the design principles, general framework and functions of the database. The system could help to reduce workload, improve the nautical charting and ensure its high quality, meeting the current demand for maritime safety with high accuracy and reliable data.
