温针灸结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗骨性膝关节炎23例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法温针灸取梁丘、血海、阳陵泉、阴陵泉、内外侧膝眼、足三里、阿是穴等穴位,再结合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗骨性膝关节炎23例。结果经治疗后,痊愈9例,好转14例,无效0例,治疗效果100.00%。结论温针灸结合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗骨性膝关节炎疗果明显,值得临床进一步的推广应用。Objective to discuss the clinical curative effect of warming - acupuncture combined with Sodium hyalur- onate injection treating Osteoarthritis of the knee. Method used Liangqiu, Xuehai, Yang Lingquan, Yin Lingquan, Xiyan inside and outside, Zu Sanli, Ashi Xue and so on, combined with Sodium hyaluronate injection to treat 23 cases of Osteo- arthritis of the knee. Result after the treatment, 9 cases recureed, 14 cases took a turn for the better, the curative effect 100 %. Conclusion wanning - acupuncture combined with Sodium hyaluronate injection to treat Osteoarthritis of the knee got an obviously effect, and it is worth of clinical further using.
