摘　　要：目的观察经轻胶囊对动情后期高雌模型大鼠脑干5-HT、5-HIAA、NE及大脑皮层单胺氧化酶(MAO)的影响。方法通过在动情期外源性的给予雌大鼠高剂量的雌激素,以期模拟经前的高雌激素状态,观察经轻胶囊对实验动物脑干5-HT、5-HIAA、NE及大脑皮层MAO的影响。结果经轻胶囊可以升高实验大鼠脑干5-HT、5-HIAA、NE的含量,降低大脑皮层MAO活性。结论经轻胶囊对动情后期高雌大鼠脑干及大脑皮层有一定的作用。Objective to observe the effect of Jingqing capsule on the metaoestrus high estrogen rats brainstem 5 - liT, 5 - HIAA, NE and the cortex MAO. Method Gave high dose estrogen to the metaoestms rats, to imitate the premen- strual high estrogen rats, observed the effect of Jingqing capsule on the rats brainstem 5 - I-IT, 5 - HIAA, NE and the cortex MAO. ResultJingqing capsule can improve the content of 5 - HT, 5 - HIAA, NE in the rats braiustem, reduce the activity of MAO. ConclusionJingqing capsule has the effect on metaoestrus high estrogen ratsbrainstems and the cortex.
