摘 要:建立了微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定植物中药材中Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu、Cr、Mn、Fe、Zn、Se、Ni、Sn等12种元素含量的方法。对样品前处理条件、干扰情况、仪器参数等因素进行了研究,并利用有证标准物质对方法进行了验证。结果表明,各元素的线性关系良好,相关系数为99.94%-99.99%,检出限为0.75-91.00μg/kg,回收率(n=6)为84.3%-93.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.8%-8.4%,能满足植物中药材中多种元素的检测要求。A method based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) detection was established for determination of Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cu, Cr, Mn, Fe, Zn, Se, Ni, Sn in Chinese herb medicines. The sample pretreatment conditions, interferences and instrumental parameters were explored. The certified reference materials were used to validate the method. The results showed that the correlative coefficients of calibration curve for all elements were higher than 0.9994 and the limits of detection were between 0.75-91.00~tg/kg. The relative standard deviations for all elements were between 1.8% and 8.4% and the recoveries of all elements are in the range of 84.3%-93.9%. Therefore, this study set up a method for the detection of elements in Chinese herb medicines.
