摘 要:目的观察红花总黄素对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能失调的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠分为4组,每组10只:对照组,模型组,红花总黄素低、高剂量组。一次性腹腔注射STZ诱发大鼠糖尿病模型,测定各组大鼠体质量、空腹血糖、血清NO、ET、CGRP水平和胸主动脉舒张功能。结果比较模型组,红花总黄素组大鼠体质量和血糖无明显差异(P>0.05),血清NO、CGRP水平明显升高(P<0.05),血清ET水平则明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),胸主动脉对(10-7~10-5)mol/L累积剂量ACh的舒张反应百分率明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论红花总黄素可保护糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the intervention effect of safflower yellow (SY) on vascular endothelial dysfunction of rats with diabetes. Methods A total of 40 female SD rats were divided into 4 groups with 10 in each group. The d groups were as follows:control group, model group, low dose SY group, and high dose SY group. Streptozocin (STZ) given by intraperitoneal injection was used to induce diabetes model in rats. The influence of SY on body weight, fasting glucose, serum NO, serum ET and diastolic function in thoracic aortas was observed in rats with diabetes. Results Compared with model group, the body weight and glucose was not significantly different with those in SY group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), while the level of serum NO and CGRP significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the level of serum ET obviously decreased ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). The diastolic response percentage of thoracic aortas to Ach with accumulated dose of( 10-7 -10-5) mol/L obviously increased(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion SY has protective effect on vascular endothelial function in rats with diabetes.
