复方a-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方a-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食改善慢性肾功能不全患者氮质血症、贫血、蛋白代谢、钙磷代谢的作用。方法将160例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为2组,以低蛋白饮食为对照组,观察复方a-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食治疗6个月前后各生化指标的变化。结果治疗后血浆白蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、血钙、血磷、碳酸氢根均较治疗前有明显改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方a-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食能减轻慢性肾功能不全患者的肾脏负担,延缓肾功能进展,延长患者的生存期。Objective To investigate the effect of compound ot-Ketoacid combined with low protein diet on symptoms of azotemia, anemia, protein metabolism, and calcium-phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Compound a-Ketoacid combined with low protein diet were prescribed to 80 chronic renal failure patients, and were followed up to trace changes in biochemical indices. Result Significant improvements were observed in serum levels of albumin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, calcium, phosphorus, bicarbonate. Conclusion Compound α-Ketoacid combined with low protein diet may alleviate the burden on kidneys, retard the deterioration of renal function, and improve quality of life.
