纳米银抗菌凝胶联合安普贴在治疗不可分期压疮愈合效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶联合安普贴在治疗不可分期压疮中的临床效果。方法选取2009年8月～2012年5月于本院进行治疗的35例（99处）不可分期压疮患者为研究对象，将其随机分为A组（纳米银抗菌凝胶组）11例（33处）、B组（安普贴组）12例（33处）和C组（纳米银抗菌凝胶联合安普贴组）12例（33处），后将三组患者的治疗总有效率、创面愈合时间、换药次数、生肌时间及治疗前后的生存状态评分进行比较。结果C组的治疗总有效率高于A组及B组，创面愈合时间及生肌时间均短于A组及B组，换药次数少于A组及B组，而治疗后1周、2周的生存状态评分也均高于A组及B组，P均〈0．05，均有显著性差异。结论纳米银抗菌凝胶联合安普贴在治疗不可分期压疮中的临床效果明显优于单用纳米银抗菌凝胶或安普贴，其可更为有效地改善患者的综合生存状态。Objective To study the clinical effect of Nano silver antibacterial gel combined with Algoplaque in the treatment of no staging pressure sore. Methods A total of 35 patients （99 parts ） with no staging pressure sore in our hospital from August 2009 to May 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into group A （Nano silver antibacterial gel group） and 11 cases （33 parts） , group B （Algoplaque group） 12 cases （33 parts） and group C （Nano silver antibacterial gel combined with Algoplaque group） 12 cases （33 parts）. The total effective rate, wound healing time, dressing change times, promoting granulation time and survival condition be- fore and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group C was higher than those of group A and group B. Wound healing time and promoting granulation time were shorter than those of group A and group B. Dressing change times was less than that of group A and group B. Survival condition score after the treatment at first and second week were higher than those of group A and group B, all P 〈 0. 05, there were all significant differences. Conclusions The clinical effect of Nano silver antibacterial gel combined with Algoplaque in the treatment of no staging pressure sore is better than that of only Nano silver antibacterial gel or Algoplaque, and it can more effectively improve the comprehensive survival condition of patients.
