摘　　要：针对东西关水电站计算机监控系统改造中,新、旧两套ABB监控系统的过渡、升级情况,介绍了系统的设计原则、实施方案、硬件构成、软件设计、运行方式等。探讨了厂站层设备与现地控制单元AC450的网络通讯、数据交互、控制器冗余方式、对时功能的实现等问题。对水电站监控系统改造过程中可能出现的问题及解决方案进行讨论。Point at Dong Xiguan hydropower station supervisory control and data acquisition system,introduces the principle of system design,implementation scheme,hardware composition,software design,operation mode.Analyse the complex upgrading process on prearrival into existing ABB monitoring system.Discuss the network communication between station level equipment and local control unit AC450,data exchange,controller redundancy mode,realization of the time synchronization.Discuss potential problems and solutions during monitoring system renovation of hydropower station.
