电接点水位计在锅炉汽包水位及高炉冲渣水池上的应用

摘　　要：介绍电接点水位计的工作原理和特点,在锅炉汽包水位及根据使用环境在高炉冲渣水池的改造应用;阐述设备选用水位计时必须考虑的安装、维护、检修是否方便、使用环境对水位计的影响;水位计的安全性、可靠性、稳定性、精确性等能否满足生产时长期稳定运行的要求等制约因素。随着电子技术及计算机技术的发展,性能优良、适用性更宽、测量更准确、运行更稳定水位计将会得到更为广泛的应用。Electric contact was introduced in this paper the working principle and characteristics of water level gauge,and the boiler steam drum water level,and according to use environment in blast furnace slag pool application,expounds the selection level timing equipment must take into account whether the installation,maintenance,maintenance convenience,the use of environmental influence on water level gauge,water level gauge of the security,reliability,stability and accuracy can meet the demands of the production of long-term and stable operation constraints,at the same time,with the development of electronic technology and computer tech nolog y,excellent per for mance and wider applicability,measurement more accurate,running more stable water level gauge will be more widely used.
