海外孔子学院教学管理制度建设的若干思考

摘　　要：随着汉语国际推广工作步伐的加快，海外孔子学院的数量不断增长，规膜不断扩大，教学任务愈发繁重，对教学质量提出了更高的要求。本文从建立教师参与教学管理制度、志愿者教师培训考核制度、教学过程管理制度、教学质量反馈制度、接收汉语国际教育硕士实习制度等几个方面，论述了如何加强教学管理，提高海外孔子学院教学质量，推动汉语国际推广工作的顺利开展。With the acceleration of Chinese international promotion, the number of Confucius Institutes overseas is increas- ingly rising, and the scale of them are expanding and the teaching tasks are heavier and heavier, which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching quality. The paper expounds how to enhance the teaching management and improve the teach- ing quality of overseas Confucius Institutes so as to promote the smooth implementation of Chinese international promotion, from the aspects of teaching management system involved teachers, the training assessment system of volunteer teachers, teaching process management system, teaching quality feedback system and practice system of MTCSOL.
