摘  要:用分离式霍普金森杆(SHTB)装置测试机织针织混编(CWK)复合材料在高应变率下的应力-时间曲线及破坏形态;根据材料结构建立简化模型,即将针织纱力学性能强化到树脂中,形成等效树脂,并计算等效树脂的刚度矩阵;结合等效树脂和机织纱性能,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS模拟材料冲击拉伸过程,并比较试验与模拟结果.研究结果表明,应力-时间曲线以及破坏形态具有较高的一致性,简化模型能很好地预测混编复合材料的冲击拉伸性能,对设计其他混编复合材料具有一定的应用价值.The tensile tests were conducted through the split Hopkinson tension bar (SHTB) apparatus to get the stress-time curve and fractograph of co-woven-knitted (CWK) composite. Based on the composite structure, a simplified microstructure model was established, i.e., the mechanical properties of the knitted yarns were converted to the resin and the equivalent resin is got. The stiffness matrix of the equivalent resin was derived. By combining the properties of the woven yarns and the equivalent resin, the tensile impact behaviors of the CWK composite were calculated in a commercial finite element analysis (FEA) software package ABAQUS. The stress-time curves and the damage fractures of the CWK composite were obtained and compared with those from the experiments. The research results show that FEA results and experiments are in good agreements in strength and failure morphology prediction. It is concluded that the simplified model and the methodology are suitable for the design of other kinds of hybrid-structure composite.
