足三里、迎香点穴在社区儿童保健中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过为社区幼儿园儿童提供"简、便、廉、验"的足三里、迎香点穴保健方法,了解儿童的生长发育形态学指标状况和消化系统及呼吸系统疾病发病情况。方法:将相关社区幼儿园儿童分为对照组和中医点穴组,对照组予以常规现代医学保健,中医点穴组在常规现代医学保健的基础上予以足三里、迎香点穴保健,分别在保健后的2月和9月检测生长发育形态学指标和消化系统及呼吸系统疾病发病情况。结果:保健2月后,中医点穴组生长发育形态学指标除身高、头围、胸围、腰围、小腿围外均优于对照组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);保健9月后,中医点穴组生长发育形态学指标(身高、体重、头围、胸围、腰围、上臂围、小腿围、皮褶厚度)均优于对照组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组消化和呼吸系统疾病发病率高于中医点穴组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:足三里、迎香点穴保健操作简单,方便实用,效果明显,值得在社区推广应用。Objective:To investigate the influence of Zusanli and Yingxiang point pressing on the growth and development of community children as well as the incidence of digestive and respiratory disease.Methods:The community children were divided into control group and point pressing group.The control group was given routine health care,and the point pressing group was given Zusanli and Yingxiang point pressing combined with routine health care.Two months and 9 months after the treatment,we investigated the associated indicators of growth and development of the children as well as the incidence of digestive and respiratory disease.Results:Two months after health care,point pressing group had superior growth and development indicators to the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) except the body height,head circumference,chest circumference,waist circumference,and shank circumference.Nine months after health care,all of the associated growth and development indicators in point pressing group were superior to the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).And the incidence of digestive and respiratory disease in the control group was higher than the point pressing group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zusanli and Yingxiang point pressing is effective,simple,convenient and practical for the health care of community children,which is worth of extensive application in the community.
