痔科外洗方加快肛门病术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察痔科外洗方对肛门病术后康复的疗效。方法　治疗组 1 0 8例应用痔科外洗方与对照组 31例应用高锰酸钾坐浴进行对照观察。结果　治疗组病人术后肿胀、疼痛、出血等均较对照组轻 ,2组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　痔科外洗方确有消肿、止痛的作用 。Objective To investigate the effect of external lotion in hemorrhoid department on postoperative recovery of anal disease. Methods 139 patients with anal disease were divided into two groups. In control group (n=31) using hipbath of potassium permanganate for treatment of patients, in treatment group (n=108) external lotion in hemorrhoid department was utilized. Results There was difference between the total effective rate in treatment group (99.07%) and control group (96.77%, P<0.01). Improvement of clinical symptoms that include swelling, pain and hemorrhage in treatment group is more than that in control group. Conclusions External lotion in hemorrhoid department is more effective on postoperative recovery of anal disease than the treatment of routine therapy.
