摘 要:目的研究喙尾琵琶甲不同极性溶剂萃取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法将喙尾琵琶甲的醇提物依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,通过DPPH法和ABTS法测定各组分的清除自由基的能力,并计算各组分的IC50。结果喙尾琵琶甲的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50分别为672.98,23.35,85.81,620.28,616.29 mg/L,清除ABTS自由基的IC50分别为143.68,2.98,8.24,29.77,72.37 mg/L。其中氯仿部位清除ABTS自由基的能力强于Vit E。结论氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位具有较好的抗氧化活性,前者活性高于后者,这为进一步开发利用喙尾琵琶甲中的抗氧化活性物质提供了实验依据。Objective To study the antioxidant potential of the extracts from Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire with different polar solvent.Methods The ethanol extract of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire was extracted by petroleum ether,chloroform,acetidin and n butanol in turn.DPPH assay and ABTS assay were used to measure the antioxidant activity in vitro,and IC50 of each part was calculated.Results All extracts(petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and aqueous solution) from Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire showed strong capacities of scavenging free radical effects.The IC50 of DPPH free radical effects were 672.98,23.35,85.81,620.28,616.29 mg / L,respectively.The IC50 of scavenging ABTS free radicals were 143.68,2.98,8.24,29.77,72.37 mg / L,respectively.The capability of ABTS free radical effects by chloroform extracts was stronger than Vit E.Conclusion The chloroform extracts and the ethyl acetate extracts exhibited good antioxidant activity,which provided scientific basis for further explore on antioxidants of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire.
