摘　　要：目的研究川贝母止嗽颗粒的平喘作用。方法通过豚鼠磷酸组胺乙酰胆碱混合喷雾法、豚鼠离体气管螺旋条法,评价川贝母止嗽颗粒的平喘效果。结果与空白对照比较,川贝母止嗽颗粒高、中剂量组均能够显著提高磷酸组胺乙酰胆碱混合溶液喷雾致豚鼠哮喘的引喘潜伏期(P<0.01);高、中、低剂量组均能够显著降低氯化乙酰胆碱引起的离体豚鼠气管螺旋条的收缩张力(P<0.001或P<0.01)。结论川贝母止嗽颗粒具有较好的平喘作用。Objective To study the anti-asthmatic effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule.Methods The two methods were used to evaluate anti-asthmatic effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule including： acetylcholine / histamine mixture inducing asthma and isolated guinea pig trachea spiral strip.Results Compared with the blank control group,asthma latent period of guinea pig inducing by acetylcholine / histamine mixture could be significantly increased in the groups of high and middle-dose（P 0.01）;the contraction tension of the isolated guinea pig trachea spiral strip inducing by acetylcholine could be significantly decreased in the groups of high,middle and low-dose（P 0.001 or P 0.01）.Conclusion Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae cough relieving granule showed better anti-asthmatic effect.
