地黄生熟异用对四物汤增强家蚕寿命影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的对中药地黄不同炮制品组成的四物汤进行延缓衰老作用的比较研究,对比中药地黄功效的生熟差异。方法将600条家蚕随机分为6组,每组100条。将药液涂抹于新鲜桑叶上喂食,4龄期内用药3次,5龄期内用药6次,观察家蚕生长生存情况及耐饥饿时间。结果与空白组相比,生地-四物汤和熟地-四物汤均能延长家蚕幼虫生长期及全生存期的生长时间(P<0.05),但熟地-四物汤对家蚕幼虫生长期及全生存期的生长时间大于生地-四物汤;并且熟地-四物汤还能提高家蚕对饥饿的耐受能力(P<0.05)。结论熟地-四物汤能明显增强家蚕的幼虫生长期、全生长期及耐饥饿能力,鲜地-四物汤和生地-四物汤作用不明显,地黄生熟异用对增强四物汤延缓衰老作用有差异。Objective To do comparative studies of Siwu prescription made of different processed products of traditional Chinese medicineRehmanniae on its anti-aging effect,to compare the efficacy difference between different processed products.Methods Randomly divide a total of 600 silkworms into six groups（n = 100）.Apply the liquid medicine on fresh mulberry leaves and feed 4th instar period of medication 3 times,5-age period medication six times,and thenobserve the silkworm growth,survival and resistance to starvation.Results Compared with the blank group,both different processedRehmanniae-Siwudecoctions canextend the growth time of the larvae growing season and the whole lifetime（P 0.05）;however,the prepared Rehmanniae-Siwu decoction can extend a longer time and a stronger resistance to hunger（P 0.05） than the unprepared Rehmanniae-Siwu decoction.Conclusion The prepared RehmanniaeSiwudecoctioncan significantly enhance the growth stage of the silkworm larvae,the whole growing season and resistant to hunger,while the abilities of the unprepared Rehmanniae-Siwu decoction were not obvious.Different processedRehmanniae make differences on enhancing the anti-aging effect.
