摘 要:目的研究苦参生物总碱的纯化工艺。方法使用大孔吸附树脂,以生物总碱,苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量为指标,对大孔吸附树脂纯化工艺参数进行优选。结果选用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂纯化,最佳工艺:pH=10.0,径高比为1∶3,用1.5BV水以2BV/h流速洗涤杂质,再用6BV 50%乙醇以2BV/h洗脱有效成分。结论该优选工艺稳定可行。苦参总碱含量提高了10.3倍,苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量提高了8倍。Objective To study the method for Purification of extraction for Alkaloids from Sophora Flavescens.Methods To use Alkaloids from Sophora Flavescens、matrine、Oxymatrine as index,the macroporous resin was chosen to purify the extraction and the optimized parameters were selected.Results The AB-8 macroporous resin was chosen.Optimum process: pH = 10.0;diameter to height ratio of 1: 3;eluted by 1.5 BV water,elution flow rate was 2 BV / h to washing impurities;then eluted by 6 BV 50% ethanol,elution flow rate was 2 BV / h to elution effective component.Conclusion This optimized technology was stable,feasible.Total matrine is improved by 10.3 times,matrine and oxymatrine content increased 8 times.
