均匀设计法优化藏药小檗皮的煎煮法提取工艺

摘　　要：目的优化藏药小檗皮的煎煮法提取工艺。方法采用综合评分法和均匀设计法,以浸膏量、总生物碱含量为指标,对藏药小檗皮的煎煮法提取工艺参数进行优化。结果藏药小檗皮的煎煮法提取工艺优化条件为:取小檗皮饮片,加水6倍量,煎煮4次,每次1 h,其中第一次加水后浸泡4 h。结论建立的藏药小檗皮的提取工艺稳定、可行,可用于藏医临床制备小檗皮膏。Objective To find out the optimum parameters to decoction extraction process of the Berberis Cortex.Methods Using integrated score and the uniform design,set the content of the total extract and the total alkaloids as the target to investigate the optimization process of extraction.Results The optimum extraction condition was obtained： added six folds of water,four times decoction at boiling temperature,one hours for each time,soaked for four hours before the first decoction.Conclusion The optimum parameters to decoction extraction of the Berberis Cortex showed stabilization and feasibility,which can be available for preparation for Berberis Cortex cream in Tibetan clinical.
