民族药乌骨藤抗肿瘤药理活性及机制研究进展

摘　　要：乌骨藤为一种常用民族药。近年来,在基源、化学成分、药理和临床应用等方面人们对其进行了广泛而大量的研究,尤其在抗肿瘤方面乌骨藤有着很好的开发前景。文章就乌骨藤抗肿瘤药理活性及机制研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步研究乌骨藤和开发抗肿瘤创新药物提供依据。Marsdenia Tenacissima is a folk medicine.In recent years,people has already made many researches in based source,chemical composition,pharmacological and clinical applications;especially in the antitumor aspect,it has good prospects for development.Now this paper summarized Marsdenia tenacissima recent research progress in antineoplastic reasonable activity and mechanisms of progress so as to provide a basis for further research and development of antitumor innovative medicines.
