摘  要:利用平板稀释法从猪粪及玉米秸秆混合堆体中提取不同类型的微生物优势菌株15株,根据各菌株的生长特性复配制成固体微生物复合菌剂。自制菌剂与2种常见市售微生物堆肥菌剂的堆肥试验表明,堆肥过程中添加外源微生物能促进和优化堆肥过程。自制菌剂与常见市售的HEM和JD型菌剂相比,能够更有效地促进和优化堆肥过程,迅速提高堆体温度,提高最高温度,延长高温期时间,并能更有效地提高堆体养分水平。The experiment method was that we extracted 15 different types of microbial strains of the advantage strains from the compost of pig manure and wheat straw by means of plate dilution.According to the growth characteristic of microorganisms,we compounded microbial strains to make the complex microbial agent.Then we conducted the compost controlled experiment with homemade microbial agent and two common sold microbial agents.The results showed that adding the composite microorganism to the compost can promote and optimize the composting process.And the homemade microbial agent,compared with HEM sold common microbial agents and JD sold common microbial agents,can promote and optimize the composting process more effectively,improve the composting temperature more rapidly,make the highest temperature of compost increase more,and extend more the high temperature period.In addition,homemade microbial agent can improve more effectively nutrient levels of compost than the two common sold common microbial agents.
