摘　　要：随着中国城市化进程的推进,农业对劳动力吸纳的能力不断下降,农村劳动力非农就业也变得越来越重要。以CNKI数据库中2000-2012年非农就业领域相关的CSSCI期刊论文为基础,以非农就业为主题检索所得期刊文献的关键词为研究对象,以共词分析法为研究方法,利用统计分析软件SPSS软件进行分析,得到中国非农就业领域的研究现状和研究热点。With the advancement of urbanization, the rural employment in non-agricultural sector has become gradually important, along with the decreased labor absorption capacity in agricultural sector. The paper focuses on the research field of non-agricultural employment, which is based on journal articles in CSSCI from CNKI database from year 2000 to year 2012. The iournals＂ keywords act as the object of the study, which are obtained by retrieving the word non-agricultural employment as the theme word. Combining the co-word method with the analysis means of SPSS software, the paper finally obtains the current research status and the hotspots in domestic non-agricultural employment research field.
