摘  要:本实验选择在北疆富蕴县牧民定居村进行,对引种生产饲料玉米和全株玉米的青贮调制技术进行试验示范。本试验选用康地5 066饲料玉米品种,在5月上旬地膜覆盖播种。饲料玉米全株为原料,分别调制复合菌添加、青贮专用乳酸杆菌添加和无添加青贮,在室温下保存2个月后打开用于对添加不同菌剂对青贮发酵品质和营养成分的影响的研究。结果表明:选定的6户牧民的饲料玉米平均鲜草产量为64 378 kg/ha,最高达到78 010 kg/ha。复合菌或乳酸杆菌添加青贮的PH显著低于无添加对照青贮(P<0.01),并显著增加了青贮的粗蛋白含量,降低了纤维素含量。The demonstration of fodder maize production and silage preparation techniques were carry out in pastoral area of Fuyun County. 5066 plants of fodder maize were planted covering with mulch film in early May. Whole plant fodder maize silages prepared inoculated with composite bacteria, lactobacillus or no inoculated (control), respectively., The quality and nutrition of silage fermentation stored at room temperature were estimated after 2 months. The results show that the fresh yield of whole plant of fodder maize is 64378 kg/ha, and the highest yield reached 78 010 kg/ha. The pH of silages inoculated with composite bacteria or lactobacillus significantly lower than in control silage (pH (P〈0.01). The crude protein content increased (P〈 0.05) and cellulose content decreasing in the silages inoculated with composed bacteria or lactobacillus.
