苏丹草和草木樨混贮发酵品质研究

摘　　要：本文进行了苏丹草和草木樨混贮对发酵品质、营养成分及消化性的影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,苏丹草与草木樨混贮的pH值略高于苏丹草单贮,且其pH值达到了优质青贮标准。混贮的乳酸含量比苏丹草单贮明显下降(P<0.01)。混贮的粗蛋白含量较苏丹草单贮显著增加(P<0.05),而中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著减少(P<0.05),混贮干物质消化率显著高于苏丹草单贮的消化率,达到79.7%。混贮的综合试验结果表明,混贮可以得到优良的青贮饲料,且可以解决豆科牧草青贮发酵难处。The present investigate the effect of sudangrass and sweet clover mix silage on fermentation quality, nutrients and digestibility. The results show that, the pH value slightly increased in mix silage than the Sudangrass single silage, but the pH has reached the standard of high quality silage. The lactic acid content of mix silages significant｜y lower than the sudangrass single silage （P〈0.01）. Crude protein content was increased and the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content was significantly decreased in mixed silage than in Sudangrass single silage （P〈0.05）, mix silage of dry matter digestibility increased to 79.7%. Comprehensive test results, mixed storage can be excellent ensilage, and solve the difficulty leguminous forage silage fermentation.
