养阴化瘀中药对大鼠实验性高脂血症血及肝脏脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察养阴化瘀中药对大鼠实验性高脂血症血及肝脏脂质代谢的影响。方法　采用高胆固醇饮食饲喂大鼠造成高脂血症模型 ,予以养阴化瘀中药灌胃 ,实验结束时取血及肝脏测试其脂质含量 ,并与基础饲料喂养及西药灌胃治疗对照观察。结果　中药、西药治疗组血胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白含量明显低于造模组 (P <0 .0 1 )、高密度脂蛋白及其亚型明显高于造模组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肝脏匀浆胆固醇含量亦明显低于造模组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且中药组高密度脂蛋白及其亚型亦高于西药组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　养阴化瘀中药可明显降低血及肝脏组织匀浆中胆固醇含量 ,提示养阴化瘀中药可调整脂蛋白代谢 。Objective To study a prescription with nourishing Yin and removing blood stasis on lipid metabolism in rat model of hyperlipemia.Methods Rat model (group II) of hyperlipemia were produced by feeding of high cholesterol.Rats of hyperlipemia were respectively administrated western medicine (group III) and a prescription with nourishing Yin and removing blood stasis(group IV) .Normal rat was group I.To evaluate effect of two methods,lipid in rat blood and liver were determined.Results Cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in group three and four was lower than that in group two,high- density lipoprotein in group three and four was higherthan thatin group two and high- density lipoprotein in group four was higherthan thatin group three.Conclusions The prescription with nourishing Yin and removing blood stasis could decrease cholesterol in blood and liver,mediate lipoprotein metabolism and protect hyperlipemia.
