摘　　要：目的有效防控疗养院的医院感染。方法调查2011年医院感染发病率,分析感染部位、感染预后、易感因素、侵袭性操作、诊断依据、抗菌药物使用构成比及其他参数。结果 2011年医院感染发病率5%,低于军队标准值,易感因素与收治疾病吻合率67%。结论在医院感染控制委员会的指导下,我们有效地防控了医院感染。Objective To effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection at sanatorium.Methods Nosocomial infection incidence in 2011 was investigated to analyze infection site,infection prognosis,risk factors,invasive operation,diagnostic basis,antibiotics use constituent ratio and other parameters.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in 2011 was 5% ,lower than military standard value,and the consistency rate of risk factors and disease acceptance was 67% .Conclusion Under the instruction of Nosocomial Infection Control Commission,we have effectively controlled nosocomial infection.
