摘  要:8种杀菌剂田间防治杨树白粉病小区试验和各药剂处理区杨树叶绿素含量的测定结果表明:50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂600倍溶液喷雾处理,喷药3次,间隔7~8 d,末次药后13 d效果可达72.25%,与500 g/L BAS 703 01F 3 500倍液处理相当,显著优于其它6种杀菌剂;同时对杨树黑斑病、锈病具有良好兼治作用,对试验杨树表现安全。各处理区叶绿素含量与防治效果呈正相关;8种药剂处理中,有6种其杨树叶绿素含量SPAD值显著高于空白对照区。Eight fungicides were used against poplar powdery mildew and chlorophyll content of the trees was determinated in the field.The results showed that the control effect of carbendazim 50% WP 600 times was 72.25% 13 days after the third spraying in the treatment of spraying 3 times at the interval of seven or eight days,which was similar with the treatment of 500 g/L BAS 703 01F 3 500 times,but significantly higher than that of the other 6 fungicides;and also the control effect of carbendazim 50% on poplars black spot,rust was well.The fungicides were safe to poplar.The chlorophyll content had positive correlation with the control effect of the fungicides.The chlorophyll content of the trees in the treated area with 6 fungicides were significantly higher than that in the untreated area.
