摘  要:目的观察清宫汤对小鼠注射氟马西尼后高架十字迷宫实验的影响,进一步探讨其抗焦虑作用机制。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组(生理盐水)、地西泮对照组(0.0015 g/kg)、清宫汤高、中、低剂量组(12、6、3 g/kg),灌胃给药,每日1次,连续10 d。测试前0.5 h,除空白组外,均腹腔注射氟马西尼(3 mg/kg),采用高架十字迷宫焦虑动物模型测试,观察清宫汤对小鼠注射氟马西尼后高架十字迷宫实验的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,地西泮组及清宫汤各组对注射氟马西尼后小鼠进入开放臂次数比(OE%)和在开放臂停留时间比(OT%)影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),地西泮及清宫汤的抗焦虑作用被氟马西尼所拮抗。结论清宫汤抗焦虑作用机制可能与GABA受体相关。Objective:To observe the effect of Qinggong Decoction(QGD) on mice injected flumazenil in elevated plus-maze,and to explore the anti-anxiety mechanisms.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group(normal saline),diazepam group(0.0015 g.kg-1),QGD high-dose group(12 g.kg-1),medium-dose group(6 g.kg-1) and low-dose group(3 g.kg-1),and gavage administration once per day for10 days.Before the test 0.5 hour,all were intraperitoneal injected with flumazenil(3 mg/kg) except normal group,then the influence of QGD on the mice injected flumazenil were observed by adopting elevated plus-maze test.Results:Compared with normal group,the percentage of open arm entries(OE%) and percentage of time spent in the open arms(OT%) of diazepam group and QGD soups were no significant difference(P 0.05),anti-anxiety of diazepam and QGT were subdued by flumazenil.Conclusion:The anti-anxiety mechanism of QGD may be related with GABA receptor.
