摘  要:目的评价脊柱旋转复位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性,分析目前脊柱旋转复位手法临床研究的现状。方法检索PubMed,Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、VIP数据库检索从创建至2012年11月,共收集相关文献228篇,其中8篇符合纳入研究标准,运用Cochrane系统评价手册进行质量评价,并对8篇文献采用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果纳入8篇文献共960例患者,8篇文献的治愈率汇总合并OR为3.05,95%CI[1.86,4.99];有效率汇总合并OR为5.02,95%CI[2.82,8.94];治疗组对腰椎间盘突出症的治愈率、有效率明显优于其他疗法(除旋转复位手法之外或药物、或牵引、或针灸或中药离子导入,以下简称"其他疗法")组。结论现有临床研究证据表明脊柱旋转复位手法对腰椎间盘突出症的治愈率、有效率优于其他疗法。但由于纳入文献的数量有限且质量不是很高,结论尚不确定,需高质量证据来进一步验证。Objective:To evaluate the spine of rotatory reduction manipulation treatment on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and to analyse the current reduction manipulation clinical study.Methods:Retrieval of PubMed,Cochrane library,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM) and China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database date from the creation to November 2012 were retrieved,and 228 articles were collected in which 8 article met the inclusion criteria.Cochrane systematic review was be use to evaluate the quality,and ReviMan5.0 was used for Meta Analysis of Literatures.Results:About 960 patients in the 8 literature,The cure rate of consolidated the OR is 3.05,andthe 95% CI was[1.86,4.99],Efficiency of consolidated the OR is 5.02 and the 95% CI was [2.82,8.94];The cure and efficiency rate for the LDH in treatment group is obviously superior to other therapies group(In addition to rotatory reduction manipulation,Dugs,orTraction,Acupuncture and Herbal Ion Introduction).Conclusion:The evidence available thus far indicates that is effective in treating LDH.However more hight quality trials are needed.
